Katlego was the 1st consultant to contact me and at the time of filling my application and pre-approval I was just taking chance as the company was not familiar to me though I have invested on EasyEquities and EasyProperties with active accounts but I took a leap of faith. From the word go she was so active, friendly, energetic with suggestions and then after bond application submissions she handed me over to Lorraine who took it further with the banks and at the time I got to them was declined from a higher property purchase but them open up my eyes to say lets look for lower price purchase and resubmit. It is still time to go back to them and a few days later Lorraine surprised me with good news 3 banks approved 100% bond application oh! My word I was like dreaming I don't know how many times I have read the letters and double check if really its my name its the property is the amount I applied and all the time it was right the one for me and 1st time to be approved on higher amount over R1mil. Welldone ladies and will refer everyone wants to purchase a property to be handled by you their financial part. You are the experts maybe not enough rather professionals. Super happy 😄☺️

I am self employed, so bond applications are always a nightmare. I used the Takealot Home Loan Hub. It is a lot of data to input, and upload, but you can take breaks and come to it the next day if it is too much. It saves your progress. Then when I was happy I submitted and then got connected by friendly agents to clarify and assist with certain items that were unclear or not properly done. They got me various quotes and assisted with the back and forth with the banks, like negotiating lower rates and extending the term from 20 to 30 years. This application has been my 5th bond application and I will definitely make my 6th go through this platform again.
